RESOLUTION:

All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per inch) resolution. The images designed for the web done at a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 300 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.

COLOR MODE:

All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode. All black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode.

BLEED:

Please build your press-ready digital files by adding 0.1" dimension for business cards, postcards, rackcards, and add 0.125" for all other products.

Coating Options:

1. AQ Coating (Semi-Gloss) on both sides only for gloss stocks
2. UV Coating (High-Gloss) on both sides only for 100# Text stocks
3. Uncoated stocks have no gloss coating

Folding Options:

1. Tri-Fold
2. Half-Fold
3. Z-Fold

Turnaround Time:

1. 2-3 Days on 100# Text stocks
2. 5 Days on all other stocks

For example on 2-3 Day Turnaround, if you send your files before 10:30 a.m. (PST) on Monday, you will receive an online proof within a few hours. If you approve your proof before 4:00 p.m. (PST) on Monday, then your job will be ready for shipping at 4:00 p.m. (PST) on Wednesday or Thursday.

Note: Turnaround time begins from the time of proof approval.
